The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation that promotes the management of sustainable forests through independent third-party certification. PEFC certification schemes provide assurance to purchasers of wood and paper products that their suppliers actively support sustainability.
